Through this licensing agreement, Cannabissimo is using the Company’s clearESG solution to showcase its sustainable practices and will become a preferred Citizen Green Project partner ^[2]. Cannabissimo will offer NFT discount coupons for coffee on GCAC’s Uplift app, joining multiple cannabis and CBD brands offering discounts to over 12 million US veterans.

GCAC will earn a licensing fee per QR code printed and shared on the packaging. This fee ensures the utilization of Cannabissimo clearESG and product attestations through the QR code for customers to see and includes videos. Cannabissimo will have access to the Uplift NFT coupon app ^[3] through the Citizen Green Project, a program focused on supporting veterans in North America. GCAC will receive a fixed percentage of the redeemed Uplift coupon value whenever a customer uses a coupon to visit Cannabissimo’s website ^[4] or participating retail locations.
